The glass nib features spiral grooves that hold ink after dipping, allowing you to write smoothly without a converter or cartridge. It’s especially fun for testing new inks, comparing colors, and using shimmer inks that you may not want to put in a fountain pen. When you're ready to switch colors, simply rinse the nib and you're ready to go again.

Each pen is handmade, so the swirling pattern of the glass nib will vary slightly, making every pen one of a kind.

And unlike traditional glass dip pens, this one comes with a matching screw cap. The cap protects the nib when you're carrying it around, while the threaded end of the pen lets you post the cap to extend the pen to a comfortable writing length—and keeps the cap from rolling away while you write.

How to Use

For the best ink flow, hold the pen at a slight angle and gently rotate it as you write. This helps distribute the ink evenly through the grooves and lets you write longer before re-dipping.

How to Clean

Rinse the nib with water and wipe it dry with a tissue or soft cloth. If ink particles remain in the grooves, gently remove them with a fine-bristled brush.
